The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days of receiving the item he intends to return.
In case of return of a product it is necessary that this has not been opened, and therefore must be unused with completely intact packaging, otherwise it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal.

The customer can communicate that he wants to return the item by sending a return request to the address, referring to the order number.
To return the goods, the buyer must return the item to the following address: Evum, Via Giuseppe Govone 53, Milan MI 20155, no later than fourteen (14) days from communication of the decision to withdraw.

The costs of returning the item will be borne by the buyer, therefore it will be up to the buyer to obtain proof of the return so that there is tracked confirmation of the return date, with the cost and risk of the return being borne by the buyer.

Once the product has been received, we will issue a full refund within fifteen (15) days. Returns will be accepted only if delivered in the original package (complete with boxes, packaging, protection, labels, brochures, etc.). Merchandise returned damaged, incomplete or deteriorated will not be refunded.

The refund will be made by re-crediting the buyer's current account, corresponding to the card used at the time of payment, via PayPal or bank transfer to the buyer's current account.


Upon delivery, the buyer or recipient of the order must check the integrity of the package and the items.
If a defect is found in the package (broken/damaged package, open package, etc.) or in the ordered item (missing item, damaged item), the buyer or recipient must send an email within 24 hours of receiving the goods. to with a brief description and attach a photo illustrating the problem, inserting the order number in the subject.

Refunds for returned goods will be made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the product, after careful verification of the integrity of the goods, the amount paid will be returned to the payment method with which the purchase was made. Items purchased online at will not be accepted in retail stores or pop-up venues or any third party venue where Evum merchandise is stocked.


Costs and delivery times are calculated at the time of the order based on the destination.

For shipments outside the European Union customs duties and other import duties and taxes may apply to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. These fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Failure to pay import fees may result in abandonment of shipment and will result in loss of refund and replacement options.

Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once the order has been placed, it will no longer be possible to change the shipping address.

During the Christmas and New Year period (from November 25th to December 31st) delivery times may be exceptionally longer, taking into account the high workload of the shippers.


The buyer or consumer has the possibility to place an order online by indicating the information necessary for the delivery of the order: name, surname, address, country, city, postal code, email, telephone.

Payments by credit card and Paypal automatically validate the order.

Evum reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order for the following legitimate reasons: if the quantity of products ordered is abnormally high; if the delivery of the order is foreseen in a city difficult to reach by couriers; if a computer bug allows the buyer to buy at the wrong price.
